I am a published author, educationalist, Forest School leader and currently the Chair of the East Midlands Forest Education Support Network.

I am interested in promoting nature-based educational approaches as a way to immerse learners in the natural environment. 

I am particularly concerned in how engagement in outdoor learning spaces promote learners’ positive mental health, wellbeing and confidence alongside enabling an appreciation of the natural world and the possible development of sustainability and pro-environmental sensibilities.
